REFUND POLICY – P1fund 1 on 1 Mentorship Program

 

1. General Terms
By purchasing the P1fund 1 on 1 Mentorship program, you agree to this Refund Policy. All materials are protected by copyright.

 

2. 7-Day Refund Window
P1fund offers a strict 7-day refund window from the date of purchase or initial access, whichever occurs first. You may request a refund within the first 7 calendar days if you are not satisfied.

 

3. No Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of usage, results, or personal situation. This policy is final.

 

4. Immediate Access & Waiver
If you receive early access to materials or sessions, you waive refund rights after the initial 7-day window.

 

5. Processing Fees
Approved refunds within the 7-day window are subject to a processing fee (typically ~5%).

 

6. Deposits and Payment Plans
Deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans must be completed in full. Missed payments may result in access suspension.

 

7. Abuse, Fraud & Violations
Attempting to exploit the policy, consuming large portions of the program before requesting a refund, sharing materials, or initiating chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent ban from all current and future programs. Legal action may be taken.
